A countrey called of some Ducheland, of some Almayne. It is described by Ptolome the eleauenth chapter, to be bounded on the west, wich the riuer of Rhene: on the North, with the sea Germanicus oceanus: the southwests part, with the riuer Donowe: the easte side is bounded with the bending of Donowe, vnto the hils of Sarmatia. The name of Germanie extendeth nowe further, for therein are contained manye greate Countryes and Cyties, whychs sometime were part of Gallia Belgica, that is to saye, from the riuer of Rhene westmarde, vnto our sea Mare Britannicum.
