Euripides, A famous poet, that liued in the time of Archelaus king of Macedouie, who had him in passing great estimation. He wrote 75. comedies, and was of so chaste life, and so much abhorring the companie of women, that he was for that occaston surnamed Mysogynes. that is, enemie to womankinde.
