Clearchus, The name of a Philosopher. There was a noble captaine of the same name, of whom Xenophõ writeth in the expedition of Cyrus the lesse: he wrote those things, whiche he learned of Zeno, in oxe bones, and tyle sheardes, for lacke of money to buy paper.
